While selecting future dogs for our kennel, we always try to imagine dogs we will keep for ourselves from future breeding programmes (remembering in our mind about betterment of the breed, concentrating our efforts on both, the enhancement of the breed characteristics and preservation of the breed as close as possible to its standard).
EPIONE, from the moment she crossed the threshold of our house, is the boss, typical working Cane Corso, very alert and fearless. She has high prey drive, is very obedient and protective. Her beloved toys are all kind of balls and stuffed animals. Her favourite thing to do is either watching squirrels or chasing them. Her downsides are constant tail wagging and licking faces :)!
A LITTLE BIT ABOUT OUR DOGS
MONTY is a calm, well behaved boy. He has from the beginning stolen our hearts, not only because he was so well mannered as a puppy, but mainly as he always does everything what we ask him to do, he is a 100% pleaser. He is very athletic and muscular.
He is an exceptional guard of our property, focused on his work as well as he is our daughter's best friend, very soft and 'goofy'. His temperament is stable, he has medium prey drive and loves all types of tug of war toys. His favourite activity is playing in the water or constantly following Nina in the house.
His only downsides are snoring and slobber :) !
